After 12 years in Israel, first in Kibbutz and later working in construction, Naftali realized that he would never be able to earn enough income to support a wife and children.  His sister Mollie in Brooklyn invited him to join her in America where she would help him find a decent job.  Very regretfully, Naftali left for the United States in the year 1959.
